The role
As a Medior Customer Success Manager (DACH), you are the trusted partner for our customers throughout their entire lifecycle. From onboarding and implementation to adoption, optimisation and long-term success: you make sure customers truly benefit from our recruitment software.
One moment you’re configuring Cockpit or Cockpit X to match a customer’s recruitment workflow, the next you’re advising on process optimisation. You frequently engage with customers (mostly online) and translate their needs into clear actions for both them and internal teams.
Your focus is always the same – happy customers who stay, grow and succeed.
In practice, you will:
Guide customers through structured onboarding and implementation projects, from intake to go-live;
Manage a portfolio of customers in the DACH region and act as their primary point of contact within RecruitNow;
Drive adoption, NPS and long-term retention;
Identify risks, opportunities and optimisation potential and scalability proactively.
Who you are
You are positive and proactive person who enjoys helping customers and colleagues succeed. You communicate clearly and professionally, ask the right questions and quickly build trust. You’re organised, pragmatic and solution-driven but also curious and eager to learn. Taking ownership comes naturally to you, and you’re motivated by making real impact for customers.
What you bring
2–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting or Account Management within a SaaS or scale up. Experience with recruitment software, HR tech or ATS platforms is a strong plus;
Strong stakeholder management and prioritisation skills;
Clear and effective communication skills (online, phone, email, presentations);
Analytical and problem-solving mindset;
Native speaker in German (spoken and written);
Professional proficiency in English.
Location & flexibility
Based in Amersfoort and working remotely;
If you live in Germany, we expect you in Amersfoort twice a month for at least one office day. If you live in the Netherlands, we love to see you at the office three days per week.
Your team
Customer Success DACH
You’ll join our Customer Success DACH team, a newly formed and growing team within RecruitNow. Currently the team consists of two Customer Success Consultants and a Customer Success Lead DACH. From implementation and configuration to support and training, everyone contributes their expertise to ensure happy and successful customers in the DACH region.
Salary
Between € 3.500 and € 4.500 gross per month (based on 40 hours), depending on your knowledge and experience.

Flexible working
Work in the way that suits you best, from the office or from home, between 07:30 and 19:30. But at least three days in the office.
